Hi, I’m Ros Clayton. Welcome to my research website.

I am a researcher and PhD candidate with Research on Socio-Economic Policy at Stellenbosch University. My work focuses on understanding the dynamics of South Africa’s education system and identifying ways to improve outcomes for all learners. I have a particular interest in analysing large and complex datasets, with an emphasis on extracting robust and policy-relevant insights while maintaining a strong commitment to empirical accuracy.
